• How to request access to information. Submit a request in the prescribed form to dean@ruka.africa. We respond within the timelines PAIA sets.
• Records we hold. Customer account records, billing records, conversation data processed on behalf of customers, company and employment records.
• Fees. Request and access fees are charged as PAIA allows.
• Other laws. Access to personal information is also handled under POPIA.
