SmartChat is built on trust. These rules keep the platform healthy for everyone.

What you will not do

• No cold spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or deceptive.
• No abuse of the WhatsApp Business API or the platforms we integrate with.
• No attempts to bypass, reverse engineer or overload our systems.

If we see something

We reach out first. Repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination.
